Student Representative on the Ontario Engineering Competition Advisory Board
The Ontario Engineering Competition Advisory Board which is the governing body of the Ontario Engineering Competition, is currently looking for three student representatives to fulfill a one year mandate on the board. The role of the board is to monitor and maintain the rules of the competition, approving and suggesting the specific competitions and ensuring that the calibre and level of quality displayed at OEC stays high. Interested parties must be an undergraduate Engineering student in an Ontario accredited engineering program and will not be able to compete in OEC.
Time Commitment
The Advisory board consists of both student and industry members and usually meet every 1-2 months with increased meeting frequency as the date of OEC approaches.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with Engineering Competitions. Past directors of school-wide competitions or competitors on the school, provincial or national level are all welcome to apply.

We will be deciding between candidates in the last few weeks of august so please reply before Aug. 18 if you are interested.
